Cascade Regenerative Medicine and Dr. Oltman offer Special Services for referring providers:

Diagnostic Ultrasound for a more cost efficient way to evaluate tendons, ligaments, nerves, muscles, and peripheral joints. Perfect for Achilles tendinopathy, medial & lateral epicondylitis, rotator cuff pathology, carpal tunnel syndrome, and many other common conditions. Referring providers will receive a full report along with pertinent images (example here) of each area studied. This is for ultrasound only and does not supplant the need for a new patient visit if treatment or further care is needed. Studies and reports are completed (as with everything at CRM) according to the standards of the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine (AIUM). Time: 30 minutes for each area studied

Low-Cost Prolotherapy for increased access to regenerative medicine. When referred by their physician, in-need patients are offered the same time and care as every other patient with access to ultrasound evaluation, prolotherapy, and/or perineural injections (no orthobiologics) for a deep discount that we hope makes this medicine more widely available. The criteria for "in-need" is the same criteria for medicaid eligibility, 133% of the federal poverty level (we do not bill medicaid and the cost of treatment is due at the time of service).

Treatments: $75

Diagnostic Ultrasound

Referring providers can order Diagnostic Ultrasound evaluations a la carte for detailed images and reports superior to MRI for many conditions.

Low-Cost Prolotherapy

Prolotherapy deeply discounted to increase access to regenerative medicine. Only available through direct physician referral.
